Worked for an oil heating system
I put some in the heating oil tank and it worked great. It wouldn't fire up before using so this cleaned out whatever was in there. I'll probably continue to use this or another product like it.

I HAVE 550 GAL TANK. MY OIL CO. HAS THIS ITEM, AND TOLD ME THEY CAN NOT BEAT THE PRICE.<br />IT WOULD BE NICE IF THEY HAD A WAY TO LET YOU KNOW HOW MUCH TO USE IN YOUR TANK AT A TIME.<br />EXAMPLE: TANKS, 250 OR 550 AMOUNT TO PUT IN AT A TIME.
A must for oil tanks
Service company charges $60 pt. This is a gallon for that price. We have an outside tank and this is a must. Works perfectly. We used to get 2-3 line freeze-ups a year and repairman said to get this. We have never had a freeze-up again........itโs been several years.
Must have maintenance product for oil burners
I've been buying the individual bottles for treatment each time I get oil delivery. I usually go through 10-12 during a cold heating season<br /><br />Decided to go with the large size for economic reasons.<br /><br />Product is exactly the same but saves me a bunch of money.<br /><br />Using this product for the past several years, I've notice last dunk build up on the filters, and much less spitting. I was suspecting water contamination in one of my fills, I'm by my next fill up this product had dispersed it enough to let it be used up with the fuel.<br /><br />I took a peek in my tank when I first started having problems and there was a noticeable and thick varnish of sludge on the sides and bottom. Over the course of a couple of years, when you look at my tank now there is still some build up at the bottom but the sides have no varnish, and the sludge is not thick and gunky anymore.<br /><br />This is a significantly cheaper and easier than having the tank cleaned out.
