THESE ARE REALLY GOOD IF WHEN YOU APPLY THE TAPE FIRST TO YOUR NAIL THEN<br />, TAKE A SMALL DROP OF NAIL GLUE AND APPY IT TO THE TAPE THEN PRESS FIRMLY AND HOLD UNTIL THE GLUE ADHER'S TO YOUR NAIL AND THE TAPE. THAT WAY IT STAYS ON REALLY WELL. I HAVE USED THESE FOR YEARS.

They are ok but I guess u r supposed to prep ur nails before applying or it won’t stick.<br />Other than that they have held on pretty well. I’ve little toes and little toe nails so I had to figure out how to cut them.<br />It was a little stressful and I’ve lost just the pinky toe ones the other ones still on for 5 days and I’ve showered everyday
