Retinol renewal
I've been using Key West retinol for about 5 weeks now and am happy with the results. I was already using a retinol cream so changing to Key West was an easy transition. I changed to Key West because it's a natural product with no nasties and it certainly seems to suit my skin. Having a retinol cream as part of my beauty regime certainly helps slow down the ageing process.
Love the cream itself
Love the cream itself, but the pump does not work at all. It does not stay on and if you try to hold it in position it slips off. I have been dipping a Q-tip to retrieve the cream, but not sure what I'll do when I can't reach it when it's half gone. VERY frustrating. The cream itself is thick and my skin soaks it in well. I use it every other night because because my skin is sensitive. I really want to continue to use it in the future, but the apparatus has to be fixed.<br />One week later: After the company saw this review, they sent me a new cream, without any solicitation from me. The pump works great and I can transfer it to the original bottle when done. Very impressed with the customer service of this company. And, I still am loving the cream. Very moisturizing and effective.

Great Product!
I love this retinol cream. I began noticing improvements in my skin almost immediately. My skin is smoother, dark spots appear lighter, pores look smaller, lines seem less visible. I have experienced none of the dryness or irritation I have experienced with other retinol products, and I have been using this every night for a few weeks. Will definitely purchase again and again.
