only use it over night!
For one thing I dont think theyre meant to walk around in. I only use mine at night to help moisturize my feet over night. Ive only had them on for a couple hrs and my feet are already in better shape. This is coming from someone who HAD (4 hrs ago) painfully cracked heels.

LOVE these, they are exactly what they advertise. When I am ready to relax at night I go straight for them. They actually take the tiredness and aches out of your feet. They also smell sooo good. You get many wears out of them, at least 30. Easy to hand wash...
