Smushed bristles.
The issue is that the brush side of both of them (I ordered 2.) was crushed so about half of the bristles on one and about a third on the other one were all smushed down and even after using them for a while it has not helped them pop back up and stand as that side is supposed to. It seems to work just fine more or less but I was hoping that with some use that they would right themselves to be a bit more effective (possibly?) but it hasn’t happened.<br />Just something to be mindful of if you order them, because it was like that on both of the ones I received.
