This product arrived packaged neatly and securely. It comes with a wipe to keep the rollers clean. The item itself is a bit bulky and heavy.<br /><br />The rollers stay very chilly and it feels amazing to run this over your face and neck. Be careful when doing your eye area, as the intended roller for that area is quite large. Overall, this is an item that I will continue to use and what the results are.<br /><br />Will update review in the future.
