Tape In Extensions
I purchased the 18" and 22" tape in extensions (4P/27&2) and overall I am satisfied. The color shown on-line was the color I received, it was extremely accurate, the hair seemed a little bit sparse at the ends but it was fine, my stylist said they felt good and went in smoothly. My hair is pretty short but curling it all seems to help blend everything in. This is the first time I tried the tape-in's and I do really like them, they are very easy to sleep in which was one of my main concerns. Previously I had the microbeads and those drove me crazy. I thought the price was fair and they offered a large variety of color options which was part of the reason I ended up with these. I also did a lot of research before deciding on the tape-in's, it was helpful getting familiar with all the pro's and con's. I also purchased extra tape and adhesive remover so I had it on-hand in case these started to come out. So far I haven't had any pieces fall out or feel like they were loose and they seem easy to manage but I have only had these in less than a week and have only washed my hair once. Here are some semi-negative things that I am keeping my eye on but when I curled my hair there were several times it left black stuff on my curling iron and I was under the impression if it was human hair it wouldn't do that, so we will see how things go. The hair feels not as soft as I think it should so that bothers me a little bit especially since I have only had them in for such a short time. The last thing I noticed is that some of the pieces of hair are almost picky/itchy, which I found to be weird. I am not sure that I will purchase these again would like to try another brand so I have some better comparisons on which ones are best suited for me. But overall I am pretty happy with these.
