Comes as expected. Looks just like the photo. I have waistlength type 4a/3c hair, and the detangler is a dream after I finger detangle with conditioner.<br /><br />Also helps distribute product well, and cleans easily under the tub nozzle. The shower head's water pressure is too light to thoroughly clean.
