Good enough

For the price, it was everything I needed, since I wanted a matching set of combs. The material is a sturdy plastic and almost matte looking. There is a slight give to them, so they are not likely to snap while you are wrestling with stubborn knots.<br /><br />My only gripe is that one of the combs (in particular the larger wide toothed comb) was a little bent, as if it was molded poorly. It still works as a comb, so as long as I don't look too closely at it, it doesn't bother me.
