I can honestly say most of these poor reviews are BS

I'm a nail tech, and I can honestly say most of these poor reviews are BS. The fact that they're in opaque plastic bottles instead of glass is a good and necessary thing. Gel cures with uv. Even from the sun, ladies. No, they don't come with a swatch or names. They're off brand and you're supposed to make your own swatch. Duh. And yes they're sticky. So is ALL gel. Amateur complaints. However, I haven't yet received mine in the mail. I will reevaluate once I've tried them out.<br /><br />***edit as of 9-20-14<br />So I received the product in the mail. And honestly I'm not disappointed. When I went to update this I saw 2 new reviews saying buyer beware this product does not cure with UV. I panicked a little bit and tested it out on my thumb nail. I first tried curing with LED and it did not work. But hey that's alright. Lots of gels don't cure with an LED light. So then I tried it with UV and it did cure. I used my own gel polish base coat first and cured that completely. Then I used 2 layers of number 07 and cured both layers for 2 minutes each. They cured like a charm. And I topped it off with my gelish top coat. I didn't encounter any more problems. However. My one complaint is the pot is much shallower than it looks. There is only a little bit of product in each pot. Maybe 2-5 full sets of gel worth. But again. I'm still not disappointment. I spent around a dollar on each pot of color. The colors are nice. I'm pretty stoked to try them all.

The packaging is perfect for UV cure gels

Reviewing the UV gels, I received; I purchased my set from the seller Bravolink. Although these do have a stronger smell than the odorless IBD clear products, I do find that most colored UV gels have that smell others have mentioned. I ordered two sets of these from different sellers. This review will only concentrate on the set received from the seller Bravolink. The packaging is perfect for UV cure gels; you must have them in a container that prevents UV light from curing the product. Do not buy any UV products packaged in glass or other items as another buyer has mentioned. The pots were stacked in a single layer protected by a plastic box. I had no leaks or loss of product; packaging was great. Since the pots arrived in the mail, i did set them face up and allow the gel to settle to the bottom for about 10 minutes before opening my pots. Who knows what position the ups truck had them in before my package arrived. Since I have amazon prime, they arrived in two days, so I cannot discuss mail time. The only reason this did not receive a five star rating from me is due to the labels used on the pots. The brightly colored label can make it hard to see swatches placed on the top of similar colors. If they revamp the labels, it would be five stars. Even if they change the label to include a white dot in the middle to allow great place to do a color swatch, it would be perfect. I'll post some pictures here comparing the IBD pots, (which you have to color swatch also, btw) for a size comparison, I received about the same amount of product that comes in each of these pots as the .25 oz. IBD color pots I purchase. The consistencies of these were great. I will post a green bay logo and mani I have done with these UV gels in the next day or so. I will be back when I need more and the purchase this from this seller. The amount of product is great for the price.
