I could breathe easier
Breath easy mask insert
I work in health and I also do grocery delivery for others so I am always in my mask. At the end of the day I sometimes get to go to the gym where we much social distance and wear our mask at all times. After a long day of all this activity I get lightheaded and irritated. After using the mask insert I can breath so much easier and I dont feel as burdened. The edges of mask do prompt extra sweat because it is a sikiconized plastic that doesn't breath but I personally don't mind as its benefits far outweigh its cons. I have a small face and it sometimes rides up a bit but most of my masks do that. Still it doesn't bother me much. My husband is 6ft tall with a med to large face and it fits his face as well.
