Great product.
I followed the directions and repeated the steps once and am totally happy with this product
Oh my gosh! What a difference! I just received this today and I was so anxious to give it try (I am at work) that I went ahead and applied it. I wasn't sure how it was going to work because I had already applied my mascara. But I did it anyway and oh my goodness! My eyelashes are normally thin and short and this has made a huge difference! I followed the directions and repeated the steps once and am totally happy with this product! I am looking forward to doing this tomorrow morning without applying my regular mascara just to see if there is any difference.<br /><br />I had no problems with the fibers. I just tapped the wand before applying to get the additional fibers off of it. I didn't answer the question about the product needing to be applied during the day because I just used it a couple of hours ago. But currently, my lashes still look good.<br /><br />I will definitely be purchasing this again!
Bold Bella's 3D Fiber Lash Mascara
Wow! This product is AMAZING!!!! I absolutely love it! The big tube is a super nice smooth mascara and the small tube is the fibers. I've never used a product like this before but I will definitely be buying this product again!! And the pink eyelash curler, how cute!! It works great!!! So fist I curled my eye lashes, then I used the mascara,(I did one eye at a time) applied enough to where I am comfortable with then I used the fibers so they would stick to the wet mascara. You wait a few seconds for the fibers to dry, then I did a second coat of both. It's honestly like I'm wearing falsies! I just love this stuff!!!
Looks like fake lashes without the weight
I absolutely love this product. It went on easily with no effort, and looks like fake lashes without the heavy glue feeling. With more practise they'll look even better, but I've included pics of my first attempt. The first pic is 2 applications of fibers 3 of mascara, vs none. The second pic is just one coat of mascara only vs the 2 applications of fibers and 3 of mascara. And the last is the final product on both eyes of the 2/3 application.<br /><br />I read reviews to start with the fibers half way on your lashes, not at the base, so that's what I did, and it worked great. I couldn't really see the fibers going on, so I was afraid they weren't going to stick, but they did!!<br /><br />I also read reviews of fibers falling in eyes and on your face. I opened the fibers over a sink, and while some did fall out, none fell in my eyes or on my face as I was applying the product.<br /><br />I would definitely recommend this to anyone who loves fiber lashes. I used 2 coats of fibers and 3 of mascara, and I am definitely going to test out adding more layers one day!
WATCH VIDEOS BEFORE APPLICATION
Ok, I'm leaving 4* because after a ton of research, video watching and practice... I finally got the results I was hoping for. However, it has been a chore that honestly has left me frustrated and a bit disappointed.<br /><br />I received this product at a discount in exchange for review. I was STOKED to finally get to try a fiber mascara. Being that I'm a first timer, I was relying heavily on the packaging to help walk me through application. The directions say gel on clean lashes, then fiber. Being a fiber lash virgin, I honestly had no idea which tube was which until I pulled both wands out... its then obvious which is the fiber. The part that really gets me is the applying to clean lashes. I rarely take my eye make up off, so the first attempt was over day old covergirl. I thought that was why I had so much fiber in my eye maybe and that it just wasn't working right... the second day, I was revved to try it again with clean lashes... and I got such crappy results that I wound up throwing cover girl over top and running out the door. Third day, I done some research... Watched a few videos and wound up with a few tricks and tips, mostly from younique users.<br />-Apply the gel over a good coat of your regular mascara NOT CLEAN LASHES<br />-Squish the fibers onto the fiber wand, like you're trying to get a q-tip smaller<br />-gel the top and bottoms of your upper and lower lashes, switch sides, and then add the fiber, repeat, repeat, repeat.<br />-WATCH a few videos of applications. IF my toddler terrorists will ever give me a chance, I will totally post one myself. It seriously took me from hating this product, to making me mostly love it.<br /><br />Meanwhile, fiber lashes are GREAT for date nights, but I find the application process a bit to time consuming for daily wear... and the price tag on them for date nights is a bit much, but if you have it to spend, go ahead. You wont HATE the results but don't let the other reviewers make you think this is an easy process for every woman. It certainly made me question my femininity.
Great at making your lashes look fuller and more lush!
I've never tried 3D mascara before, so I was very curious and excited to find out how exactly it works. I was surprised when I opened the 3D fibers to see a bunch of loose fibers on the end of the wand. I definitely had to take the time to make sure the fibers were going in the direction of my eyelashes, so it didn't look like I had a bunch of fuzz on my eyelashes. After applying a couple layers of mascara, my eyelashes looked a lot fuller than they usually do! The only downfall I found with this system is that the 3D fibers go all over my eyelid and it's difficult to get them off. They tend to just more around on my face when I try to wipe them off with a wet towel or my finger. Other than that, I like this system to achieve fuller and more lush eyelashes! I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.
