These are very beautiful and the actual quality is even better than the picture
Beautiful
I am very happy with this purchase. The hair sticks are as pictured and they hold my hair (waist length and very thick) very well. They are hand made and the workmanship is very neat. Only problem is that the abalone shell is only placed on one side, wish it was on both. It is however difficult to see the "wrong" side and it looks silver, so not bad at all.<br /><br />I just roll and insert the pin and I am good to go for hours. Seller is excellent too. All in all a fantastic buy.

Exactly what I wanted
I bought one of these in a little tourist town in Colorado, and lost it in a snow storm about a year later. I couldn't believe it when I found these. They are exactly like I expected...the wood is nice and smooth, but still stays in hair nicely. (And I have fine hair, and they still work great). They are a great deal!
