Cheap pen. Good product
The pen is a little flimsy on the tip. The tip slides up inside of the pen if you push down too hard but the product works great.

When I first received the product, the beard pen was missing! Only the tiny brush was present in the box.<br />I contacted their customer support about the incorrectly packaged product, and to my pleasant surprise, within half an hour they notified me that they had shipped out a replacement and provided me with a tracking number.<br />When it arrived, the beard pen was present this time. Now that's top-tier customer support!<br /><br />The beard pen itself works great. It's very, very hard to even deliberately take off. It took lots of scrubbing before I was able to begin to wash it off my finger, so this thing certainly would last a day of use with sweat and rain without bleeding.
