Great for work. Especially because I have to wear an N95 mask that pulls on my ears. This allows me to wear my mask comfortably and keeps my hair out of my face

Great idea, but no stretch
I have a very average size head, and this was so tight that I took it off after 20 minutes. My 9yo daughter can use them so it's not a total loss.
