Very sturdy and nice looking gait belt. I use it to assist my husband in transferring from one place to the other. He is 375 lbs and it works great!
Great Buy
I am a PTA in a skilled nursing facility. Since we never seem to have enough gait belts, I bought my own. I like the fact that it is red, white and blue. My patients are older and most remember America as a great country. One veteran patient asks specifically for me to use my red, white and blue gait belt. It just goes to show, tough times never last, but tough people do.

Good length and color
Good length and color. Buckle holds well. Like it because it stands out compared to other gait belts at my work so it doesn't get lost and makes it back to my work area.
Good quality, solid buckle.
Solid belt, works great for me and I use it on about 10 people a day doing physical therapy. I've had other belts in the past with plastic buckles, and trust me you don't want one of those - just a matter of time before they wear out and fail. Only downside is the color fades with repeated washing.
