The design is unique and the price is perfect for a set like that one!
The set comes as described. The body of the brushes is hard painted plastic. Easy to use since the body is long and the shape helps to avoid slipping in your hands. The brushes are soft to the touch. They are easy to clean with some liquid soap and warm water but they take some time to dry and feel a little less soft after washing. The design is unique and the price is perfect for a set like that one. It comes in a designed cardboard small box. I loved the product but I wish it had a bag to carry them.
