Very Effective!
This is by far one of the best acne treatments I have found. This used in conjunction with sulfur soap by Braunfels and Sulfur ointment by De la Cruz will clear up even the worst breakouts. It is great when used alone for minor breakouts. I have tried everything and this regimen is the most effective and a more natural approach. If you suffer with acne please try this along with the other products I mentioned before you break the bank with more expensive products. The routine that works best for me is washing my face twice daily with the Braunfels soap, moisturize then use acnomel all over at night. And use the sulfur ointment as a mask once a week. If I have a bad breakout due to food or hormones I use the ointment several times a week until clear.
