True kinky look

Customer service was great!! What I like the most about this ponytail is the true look of the kinkyness of the hair and its texture... There is only one clip and a wrap-around velcro hairpiece that doesn't stick. So I find myself checking to re-secure the hair every couple of hours. I wish it was a drawstring ponytail or at least came with a another clip to secure it. Maybe something like a clip on both sides. Overall the realness of it is fantastic!!
