My favorite color . Been using it for a long time

I have pink undertones in my skin as opposed to yellow so this balances out my makeup . If it’s too light it darkens it . If it’s too dark it lightens it . I would like it if it wasn’t so dry or maybe if they would add some dimethacone to it to make it more moist . My skin is dry and I always have to set the makeup with a spray to moisten it back after the foundation and powder is on .. love it and it’s inexpensive

Great for use under the eyes

I didn't buy this powder from Amazon; I got a sample from camerareadycosmetics.com, along with some other Ben Nye powders in a few different colors. I have rather pale skin (NC15 in MAC, W2 in L'Oréal True Match) and Rose Petal is a great shade to help neutralize my purplish dark circles, along with using a color corrector with my regular concealer. In fact, I only use this shade of the powder under my eyes. The fine consistency makes it great for that purpose, and it does not make the skin look dry like some other powders can. I apply it either with a small brush or a dry foam wedge sponge to "stamp" the powder on. The only thing is that when heavily applied, it can look a little too pink, so I prefer to use this powder either when my dark circles are pretty bad, or if I am wearing pink or cool-toned clothing colors.
