I have noticed that while using this, my mood is great. When I go off it, as you're suppose to do for a week each month, I turn into a bear. I'm hoping that over time it will build up in my system and I won't be such a grump during that week. I love what it does for my mood and my hot flashes.

Recommended by my pharmacist for post-menopausal sleep issues, hot flashes and decreased libido. I am over 65 and have explored bioidentical hormone pellets and even testosterone cream for the libido issues which wreak havoc with my marital relationship! Three or four days after beginning the Progensa (once daily, one pump) I noticed a decrease in the hot flashes; by ten days I was sleeping much better at night (thank you SO MUCH!), and 3 weeks into it I am again experiencing INTEREST in having a sex life (you're welcome, honey!)
