I have noticed that while using this, my mood is great. When I go off it, as you're suppose to do for a week each month, I turn into a bear. I'm hoping that over time it will build up in my system and I won't be such a grump during that week. I love what it does for my mood and my hot flashes.

Recommended by my pharmacist for post-menopausal sleep issues, hot flashes and decreased libido. I am over 65 and have explored bioidentical hormone pellets and even testosterone cream for the libido issues which wreak havoc with my marital relationship!
