American Beauty Ultra-Easy Automatic Lipliner - 04 Butterscotch

Maybe it was a bad batch...

I had received an American Beauty Ultra-Easy Lip-liner in the color butterscotch as a gift last Christmas and I absolutely loved it! I used to never wear lipstick/lipliner EVER!<br />I have dark caramel skin color and dark lips. Since I wasn't used to seeing myself and never wore any type of lipstick, I always wanted to stick with nudes.. however, I always struggled finding anything I felt looked good on my lips being that they are not the &#34;perfect&#34; hint of pink and therefore weren't complimented by very many nudes.... but this lipliner changed my life. it was a neutral color that looked great on me and I just loved it....<br />when American Beauty went out of business or what ever happened. ha! I struggled to find this item, in this color and when I found it on here I was sooooo excited I ended up ordering 3 (I believe).... honestly, I wish I would have waited to receive 1 before ordering the other 2.... I don't know if it was a knock off or if that batch was just a bad one.. but it just felt and looked different on me... I ended up giving them to my sister because I just didn't love it the way I used to.... they are super easy to apply though and are sort of matte, so you can use it as lipstick and not just liner....<br />Moral of the story is.. this is a great product.. but if you are going to order it, try to stick to only 1 at a time.
