These hair clips are very pretty and I get lots of compliments with them

These hair clips are very pretty and I get lots of compliments with them. However, they don’t have the best craftmanship. After less than a month of usage, 1 hair clip had crystals falling off, the bow design on another hair clip fell off completely. I didn’t even know the bow design fell off til I get home and saw an empty hair clip. I gave it a 4 stars item because despite the fact that the quality isn’t that great, the customer service was awesome. I emailed the seller and I was able to get a replacement order quickly. At $2.50/hair clip you can’t expect a lot I guess.
