These hair clips are very pretty and I get lots of compliments with them. However, they donโt have the best craftmanship. After less than a month of usage, 1 hair clip had crystals falling off, the bow design on another hair clip fell off completely. I didnโt even know the bow design fell off til I get home and saw an empty hair clip. I gave it a 4 stars item because despite the fact that the quality isnโt that great, the customer service was awesome. I emailed the seller and I was able to get a replacement order quickly. At $2.50/hair clip you canโt expect a lot I guess.
