Amazing! Couldn't believe it was real
At first I couldn't believe it was real. The comb is light, heavily lacquered, and extremely inexpensive for how beautiful it is. I thought it was plastic but it had the telltale burnt hair smell of real horn. I'm impressed. This thing is sturdy and does a great job of detangling my hair.<br /><br />Update: I was so impressed that I bought another for a gift. When I opened the package I was even more blown away. While my first comb looked just like the photo, flat and fairly plain, the second one had a subtle helical curve up to a point. I swear it looks like a piece of art! I could have spent $40 on it and still felt I got a bargain. The colors are vibrant and complex, the tines massage my scalp, and it is so good looking aesthetically that it might just become a family heirloom. If I could rate this 10/5 I would!
