This was my 1st time ordering straight hair online. I have to say this was a good experience. Ordered the 8/10/12”. It arrived quickly and on time. Nice packaging as pictured in the other reviews. I colored with 40 developer for a light brown effect, co-washed with a good conditioner, dryed the hair and it came out perfect for an upcoming bob quick weave install. No issues with shedding or bad chemical smell! My only regret is that I should have ordered the 10/12/14 so the front of my bob would be fuller with no layers. The 12” seemed to thin out a little at the ends. Other than that this was a good quality purchase.
