Shiny. Love it.
This top coat may be a bit pricey, but it's shinier than other similarly priced top coats. I got my kit and have had it on for two weeks now and it is still as shiny as it was when I first put it on. Some gel top coats do dull up after awhile. Love it, just made my second bottle to stock up.
