No -smudging or coming off at all.

This really truly does not smudge or come off. I had this on my hands for 3 days now.( the picture below shows the eyeliner after 3 days on my hands. I did dishes and took a shower which pretty much is what i do everyday. The eyeliner did not fad or smudge. This is incredible. I am sooooo happy with this. If you wear eyeliners on a daily bases. You should definitely get this. You won't have to re-touch for weeks i think...
