Finally, the exfoliant I've been looking for! I learnt about this product line through an article on Refinery29, and I thought I would give it a try. I cleansed my skin and applied as directed, using a cotton pad. I have sensitive skin, and while I waited the recommended 5-6 minutes it was a bit itchy, but nothing unbearable.. I actually felt like it was working! I used dampened cotton pads to take off the product and just in case I rinsed my skin with cold water, since I know it contains lactic and glycolic acid. The results were AMAZING - my skin felt baby soft immediately. It is still too early to see long term effects on blackheads, etc. but I will for sure continue using Surface Renewal Exfoliant at least once a week. Last, the fact that the packaging and smell are super nice does not hurt either ;)
Refined Skin
This is the best for black fine..the skin texture become refined over at least 2 months..I give it thumbs up for any type of skin..

There are very few products that can provide difference from just one use. Apto surface renewal exfoliant does just that. I applied the exfoliant on my clean skin with a cotton pad. I allowed it to sit for about three to five minutes. I felt tingling and coolness while i waited. I proceeded to rinse it with warm water.<br /><br />After patting dry, you could see a difference in my skin. Not only did it look clear but brighter. It's the brightest it has ever been. I can't wait to see what a continuing use of the exfoliant would cause.<br /><br />This product is recommended for once a week use, or twice, by not more. It's a great addition to anyone weekly routine, i know it'll be part of mine now.<br /><br />It has a flowery alcohol scent. It's not too strong but just right. It's kind of addicting.
My Skin Feels Amazing After Using This
Best renewal exfoliator I have used to date and leaves skin lovely and soft. The product is just as described, I'm really satisfied with it. The exfoliant leaves the skin soft, smooth, clean and moisturized! Great for any skin tone. I Although, would say mine is particularly sensitive, I do have a reddish tone (blotchy almost) when using some products, and it does not flare up so I would imagine it's great if you do have this kind of sensitivity as well.<br /><br />~How to Use~<br />Apply to clean skin by using a cotton pad.<br />Rub onto the skin and let stand for 1-3 minutes. Rinse with warm water.<br />Use once or twice a week.<br /><br />Pros:<br />1. No strong odors!<br />There is no nauseating perfume smell, just a gentle clean scent that doesn't overpower. It is a natural product rather than a mixture of chemicals.<br /><br />2. Perfect texture, not too sticky or slimy<br />The texture feels soft and natural, instead of chemically-enhanced. I like that I can adjust the amount of texture by simply rubbing my hands. Feels much more cleansing and safe for my skin than other cleansers I've tried that simply dispense a dollop of chemical foam.<br /><br />3. Perfect pH balance for cleansing and moisturization without dryness:<br />The solution cleans just the right amount. As someone with combination skin, I need something that can clean thoroughly to prevent acne breakouts. I was pleasantly surprised that this product did not leave my face with that dry, salicylic acid feeling AT ALL. I was very happy about this, as I've spent way too much money on products that leave my skin completely dehydrated. I suspect it is the pH balancing that makes this an ideal cleansing agent for the sensitive skin of the face.<br /><br />Cons:<br />1. All my other cleansers feel neglected and abandoned in my shower now :(<br />2.
