You need use file before !
To remove the gel, you must first use file that came with the kit, and then wrap it in food foil and wait 5 minutes. Then clean with a pusher. It's simple .

Who needs a nail salon!
I have been using this product every two weeks for the past couple of years. Each box comes with 20 finger sleeves and pants, and I usually rinse them out and reuse them so I only have to buy a new box every 4 to 6 months. The remover soaks the polish off super quick.
