It was not heating for me but she sent me a new one and it is working.
My daughter had one she loved so I told her I wanted one for my birthday. I was afraid to use it so by the time she was able to help me we noticed it was not heating up. It came to me defective. I thought it was too late but I reached out and she ended up sending me another one that is heating. She did what was right. I recommend this company. It wasn't her fault that one was defective.

This was super easy to use.<br />I curled my whole head in 20 minutes and they held. No spray or anything. No frizz.<br />I slept on my curls and they still held through the next day and night .<br /> Totally recommend !
Worst Purchase ever
Has never held a charge. Says fully charged and when you try to use it the charge is gone. SUCKS!!! Very disappointed

Great curls, but there is a learning curve in using
Works great.<br /><br />I see complaints that people get their hair caught in the mechanisms, but in my experience this only happens if you try to do too large of a section of hair or start too close to the scalp or wind too long (you'llknow it, it pulls the hair when you do). In both cases the hair was easily unwound using the reverse function and gently tugging. Patience is the key when curling the hair.<br /><br />The curls are very nice and lasts overnight. I've gotten up and simply combed it out in the morning and it still looked good.<br /><br />On the downside, there is a bit of a learning curve in using it. Also, the instructions are clearly written (or translated) by someone who doesn't really speak or understand English very well. The result is frequently hilarious and sometimes incomprehensible, but my husband and I were able to get the jist of them for the most part.<br /><br />I'm liking it.
Easy to use and quick
It worked really well bf gives great curls but the battery life is a short. I have thick hair so it dies halfway through my hair.
