Decent setting spray for the price!
I give this 5 stars for the price.<br /><br />If you're able to spend $30, Urban Decay or Make Up For Ever might be your preference. If you're still learning with your makeup and trying to keep your costs down, you can't beat this Avon spray. It doesn't have any kind of smell when used as directed (though I saw another reviewer noted a smell when they opened the bottle up).<br /><br />I have combination skin and I'm diagnosed with adult acne (acute) and rosacea. I am constantly looking to mattify the oil my face generates throughout the day. Setting spray is not the only step I have to do this--my moisturizing routine and choices of primer, foundation, and powder are important, too, but other setting sprays on the cheaper end weren't helping matters. This Avon spray keeps my face matte enough that my glasses don't slide off my face anymore. The spray action is consistently lovely--no giant drops of liquid. I do 7 or 8 quick sprays from a distance of about 10 inches away from my face.<br /><br />For a non-aerosol spray mechanism, this is great quality for what you're paying. There's a decent amount of product, so you shouldn't need to restock this more than once a month. I use it daily and I'd say each bottle lasts me about two months. I do my face up every single day to cover up redness--I never skip a day, so hopefully that's a decent benchmark for how long this would last anyone.
