Great color, great design.
I've been using this brow pencil for years. Perfect shade of blond for my light complexion. Some other brands end up looking almost gray. The twist-up design is better than pencils that have to be sharpened. I hope Avon never stops making it.

Truly blonde eyebrow pencils.
Avon blonde glimmersticks are the only eyebrow pencils I have ever used that are truly blonde. You also don't need a pencil sharpener, because the point is soft enough that it can be sharpened by just stroking the sides against a piece of paper. I use a couple of t.p. squares placed on the bathroom countertop. Used and sharpened daily, a pencil lasts me about a month, sometimes a little longer.
