this is a stunning head piece
Better than expected!
I bought this for a Halloween party and loved it. It stayed put and was completely perfect right out of the package. Feather was intact and had no imperfections. The band stayed on my head even though my hair is fine and silky. The item looked fantastic and was better than expected.

Very pretty, a bit tight & short, but seems like a good value.
So far so good... Seems like good quality for the price. Very pretty. A bit tight across the forehead - not painful, but leaves a mark after only a few minutes, and my head isn't huge. Because of that, I ended up trying it over my hair instead of across my forehead. The rhinestone band could be a little longer - you can see where the elastic starts in the photos on the opposite side of the feathers. And because of the way I rotated it, the dangling pieces are at an angle. Not bad though. It's very pretty and it should work great for my Gatsby-themed party this month.
I have a pretty normal sized head
Cute accessory. But very tight on my head and gave me a headache pushing down on my temples! I suggest stretching it around the back of a chair to loosen the elastic before wearing. I have a pretty normal sized head!
