Great beard lotion!
I am converted; I like beard lotions. No more will I deal with greasy feeling beard balms and oils. I had tried a few different products before this to tame my growing beard, and the biggest draw back was that my beard felt greasy all day.<br /><br />I like to rest my chin in my hand while I work at my desk, and with the oils and balms, it would rub off on my hands, and I'd have to go wash them to prevent it from getting all over my work space. With the lotion, it absorbs before I get to work, and leaves the hair soft through the day.<br />I never really had any itching or dandruff, etc with my beard, so the lotion is intended to keep it soft, and keep it tamed.<br /><br />The lotion is unscented, and has only a very light "lotion" scent to it. I prefer that compared to the balms and oils I have used in the past. I want my beard to smell like nothing. With this lotion, a little goes a long way. I was able to use a small bead of it to condition the beard and skin underneath. The first few times you use it, start with a small amount, and add more if you need it.<br /><br />I would recommend this to a friend.<br /><br />Use common sense when you read reviews from other people that received the product for free/discounted. It is true, I received this product at a discount or for free in exchange for my honest, un-biased opinion. However, I only choose to review products that I would have bought without the discount, and this review reflects my true opinion regardless of the price paid.
nice and soft
The best beard product I have ever used. My friend makes his own products and I really like his stuff, however, this is my current "go-to" beard product. It makes my beard nice and soft and also stay in place.
Awesome beard lotion
A leave-in conditioner for your beard acts similar to a hair mask; put it in and leave it all day, and wash it out when you're ready. This isn't really a product for styling, but a product to fix that coarseness for that months-long fringe of hair on your face. Do you find the coarse curls on your beard no longer manageable? Have you never had a beard that long before? People do this all the time for our long hair.<br /><br />Like I said, using this product is similar to using a hair conditioning mask, or leave-in conditioner. It will help your coarse facial hair obtain a silky, velvet condition. The texture is smooth and the oils are basic an without the perfume from smelly drugstore products. It feels like a great maintenance product for your beard.<br /><br />There are a few guys who would like their scruffy faces-with-hair to be just as gruff as can be, but, then, there are the guys who love to be proud owners of facial hair that loves to be rubbed over their SO and their fun-loving family.<br /><br />I just want to recommend this Beard Conditioner as a basic, good-ol'-fashioned product that uses natural ingredients to give you a fresh beard and a conditioned face... Face and hair do not need to be fighting each other, nor create problems for each other. This product allows your beard to feel good and your face ready to nuzzle.<br /><br />Pros: Easy to Use, high quality and works great<br /><br />Cons: none I've found so far<br /><br />I received this product at a discount or free in exchange for my honest review. OMG this stuff works like just wow
OMG this stuff works like just wow, is the best way to some it up for y'all. Once you apply this to your beard, you will notice there is no oily type of mess. Not on you or your clothes. This makes your facial hair look so well kept, its just awesome!<br /><br />I got this since I got a discount for my review of this product, but dont let that matter. I have bought more of this for the present once this first bottle was done. I asure you I never put anything on my face that I dont back 100%. SO get you so also, and your welcome!
Hooray for no more flakes and softer beard!
I have really been enjoying the Bannerman beard leave-in conditioner. I purchased it with hopes it would help with summer flaking that hit as soon as the weather started staying about 100F. Even increasing my water intake hasn't been enough to compensate and I began to notice skin flakes coming out when I touched my beard, not only embarrassing but it began to get itchy as well. This 'beard-aide' product has helped tremendously in keeping the flaking to a minimal and I'm hoping that by continuing to use it, it will help reduce the flaking to nil. I apply just after showering and my beard and underlying skin are still damp. Once I have it dabbed in with finger tips, I use my comb and boar's hair brush to blend it thoroughly. With the residual on my hands, I've even gone ahead and rubbed it through my hair and have noticed its making my hair more manageable as well - definitely plus. Overall, I would recommend this product to guys that need a beard condition up and beyond the regular application of a beard oil to help fight dry whiskers and the skin underneath.<br />I am an Amazon Prime shopper that reviews products like this in exchange for a fair, honest and thorough review. Even though I received the Bannerman leave-in beard conditioner at a reduced cost, I have rated and reviewed it without bias, based solely on my experience. I like that tis product leaves the beard very soft and manageable without being oily or greasy. I like the results, and I'm sure some users like that it is scent free, but I prefer a masculine scented product.
