Fragrance was excellent
The rosewater and ivy were fine...great fragrance. However, I also ordered Bath & Body Works crisp morning air gentle foaming hand soap at the same time, which I received. But...the pumps on both of these bottles do not work. They will not turn to the slot which enables them to pump. I tried to fix them with a paring knife..could not, but did get a trip to the ER and 5 stitches in my hand. Please advise as to what to do with these bottles which cannot be used.
