Smells great, been using for 15 years now

I have been using this soap for 15 years now. I lived in a very small town and there was a health store that carried this soap. The moment I smelled it I was won over. I started to wonder if the strong smell was bothering people. One night while at the gym I was taking a shower in a private stall, and three other girls were using shower stalls as well. One of them shouted, " omg what kind of soap are you using....it smells amazing!" Then the other two girls said " haha I was just thinking the same thing. Afterward, they all asked for the name. For years since people always say that I smell really good. That's a good thing. It's not super moisturizing nor long-lasting but cheap and worth it. My husband now uses it as well so we buy by the box. There is however one thing that may make me quit using the soap. The ingredients list "tallow" which is derived from animals, mostly cows. I try not to be a jerk by not using animal-based products or animals or animal-tested products.

Excellent soap as always

We've used this soap for years. When it's in the box, the scent is overwhelming, but it mellows out in the shower and leaves a faint scent of sandalwood on the skin. Yummy!
