So pretty. Love that it's metal. The plastic ones break way too easily. I have medium thickness hair somewhere between straight & wavy, super processed with bleach and dye. Shoulder length. Holds my hair up perfectly. It is heavy, so if your hair isn't thick or long enough to twist, it's going to slip out. If you have very thick hair, it will probably hold the top half back.
