Great for dry, cracked heals!
These work great for dry cracked heals. I wear them all day without any kind of lotion and at the end of the day I take them off and file off the soft dead skin. They do not last forever, after wearing them all day for about 30 to 45 days, the gel inside the sock starts to sluff off.

A bit small...
Iโve been wearing these for a week and I havenโt noticed a difference in the moisturization of my heels, but I donโt think thatโs because they donโt necessarily work but more because my feet are too big to have my entire heel covered by the surface area of the gel inside the sock. Note to seller, make these in larger sizes and I think you will have a great product there.
