Good product

I have to use it some more to really see how it’s working for me personally as the first time I used it I got constipated for a day. My mom used it and she got diarrhea. I tried it one other time but less than 1/2 teaspoon, the first time I tried it I used 1/2. I didn’t get constipated again. However, I write the company Heiltropfen and a representative replied to me and told me this Bentonite Montmorillonite is not for internal consumption and it’s for the skin, external use. They told me the Zeolite is the one I can consume internally. So people please take this into consideration.

Good stuff, but they won't tell you how much to use in a hot soak bath, or for any other purpose.

I like this stuff. I add it to my hot bath soaks One thing that really bugs me is that the manufacturer won't tell you how much to use for different things, such as a hot soak bath, v/s, say, a poultice for the skin.

I can figure out the poultice. Just add water until it's the right consistency for a poultice.

But the bath? Since this company won't give you a "suggested use," I have been forced to turn to other sources to find the answer. Half the websites I read say you need "four to five cups" of montmorillonite clay if you want an excellent hot soak bath.

Well, hell, that's more than comes in the entire little one pound container -- for a single bath! So...if that's the case, I won't be buying this stuff any longer. To add four or five cups of this stuff to every bath would cost close to $20 per bath. Too expensive.
