Bring Summer's shimmer with you into Fall and Winter
This is something different for me, but I wanted to pamper myself a little and try something new. I applied it as a highlight over my blush, and found it to have the perfect level of shimmer for me. It looks really natural, not glittery at all - just nice and fresh. I'm especially excited to have this product going into fall and winter. I think it will really help my skin stay looking fresh and dewy even in the colder, drier seasons. I have fair skin, and chose the 'Brulee' for a little more color.<br /><br />I'd also like to note a couple things about the packaging. I really like that it has a button to open the compact and keep it securely closed. No applicator is included. Finally, it's made in the USA, which I love! I got this product at a discount for a timely review of my own experiences with it.

I received my package and this gorgeous item arrived perfectly intact. Big sigh of relief. There is almost nothing worse for a makeup junkie like me to get a crumbled or broken blush or highlighter in the mail. I have several highlighters but this one is probably going to be the one I'll end up grabbing for the most. It's very subtle. The kind thats perfect for everday wear. It just gives me such a nice touch of glow with the right amount of shimmer. I like placing it on the highest point of my cheek bone, above my brow bone and just a tiny amount on my nose.<br />It's so pretty, I love the color and it looks so good on my skin tone. I'm a dark skinned black woman so it shows up very well on me.<br /><br />The rose design is just so beautiful and I absolutely love and truly appreciate the packaging. The compact has a push in button opening. YAY!!!! You don't know how happy that little detail makes me. I have so many blushes and other highlighters that are difficult and a little aggravating to open. I wish all my compacts opene like this one does.<br /><br />I love my purchase and i would buy this again in a heart beat.
