Took time to perfect the technique to use this in a beneficial way. I now use it twice a week as part of my skin care. I have less break outs and smaller pores on my nose. I love it. I only gave four stars because the instructions could have included better examples or pictures. Other than that, excellent. I am 43 and it has made my skin softer and slightly younger looking.

I've only used it a couple times so I need to experiment with it more. The first I must not have steamed my face enough because I had red spots on my nose.
