For my first time ever using a peel off mask I was surprised at how well it actually worked and how good it smelled. I used a foundation brush to apply it all over my face, staying clear of my hairline, eyes and mouth, waited about 20 minutes for it dry and began to peel it off from the bottom up as the instructions stated to do. It came off easily, wasn't too painful and I could literally see that it worked by looking at the back as I was peeling, all the proof was there. After it was all off and I moisturized my face I did notice a little redness in a couple of places but not to much and it went away fairly quickly. I will continue to use the bottle I have and I will buy more, I have found my new blackhead removing product and I am ready to add it to my skincare routine.
A little painful, a little messy, but worked!
First, let me start by saying this was a bit messy to use. The mask comes out really thick and tar-like. You really need to use a lot to cover your face. I kept coming back to get more, so the sink area and mask tube were covered in sticky black mask. After application, it started drying and felt really tight. It took the full 20 minutes to dry as the packaging recommended. The painful part was getting it off! It peels off, but felt like I was pulling duct tape off my skin. I had tears in my eyes. Once it was all off (ouch!), my skin looked GREAT! I think the outcome is great, but the process was messy and painful. It's a toss-up for me. I have it now, so will likely use it again. My sister-in-law did it with me and she liked it way more than I did. I might not have a very high pain tolerance...
