Creepy, and unusual, BUT SO EFFECTIVE
I watched youtube videos of doctors using these on some pretty extreme blackhead cases before I purchased it. Not only did was it delivered a day earlier than expected, but it really world's great. I've already seen an improvement in my facial skin since I haven't had to use my fingernails anymore. You have to press down pretty hard to get out some blemishes, but as of today my skin as only a fraction of imperfections left and I've only had it for a week.

My girl and I both enjoy finding and removing blackheads and such, we watch youtube videos of Dr. Sandra Lee and similar stuff every night, and we also have a teenage daughter with acne who is into skin care and makeup, so they've been carried around to events, used constantly and sterilized over and over, etc, and have held up great. The long flat loop works best for us most of the time, but the others see use too. With a lot of force being applied and constant use over the previous 6 months or a year, these strong, well built tools have held up and not bent or anything at all. With other kits we have tried, even more expensive ones, this set is like the difference in Mac Tools or snap-on, and harbor freight tools. The others will work in a pinch a few times, but aren't designed like this to last a "lifetime" kind of thing.
