Works as Promised.

I was skeptical upon purchasing this, but then again - all other La Mer products I have tried have proven to be one of the best in their class. This hand serum, used daily for about a month has reduced brown spots to almost nothing. There isn't anything else excepting harsh chemicals for laser that could achieve this. I am sold!
