The hair was true to length. I bought 24โ and itโs draping down my back. The curls dropped after a good brush and did not come back after wash but it takes heat well. It doesnโt seem to be 180 density but it is still very nice. Mine was preplucked and ready to go. The cap is a little large for my head but I made do. I would order again
