THESE VS HARD WAX: I originally bought a hard wax kit and sat there for 2 hours trying to deal with keeping the temp at the right spot and the mess of it... gave up and decided to order these wax strips instead. SO GLAD I DID. These worked really well. As a first time user, I missed spots here and there where hair was growing in a different direction, but overall, great.<br /><br />OTHER TIPS: I would recommend purchasing pre-waxing oil, wax remover, and a nice aloe gel meant for after waxing (I bought a kit that had all three) because that made a huge difference in how well the hair removed, not having a mess from the wax all over, and then helping my skin from having as much of a red and bumpy reaction! But its the day after and my legs look and feel great!!<br /><br />HOW MANY STRIPS DO YOU NEED?: The one thing I will say is if you are planning to do your legs and you aren't super tiny, with 1 pack, I only made it to my knees. I would definitely need an entire second package for my thighs.<br /><br />BIKINI: Since I did basically run out, I whipped out my hard wax to try my bikini area again... Oh my lanta, ouch. I had ONE strip left from this package so I cut it and used in on my thigh area bikini line and it was SO MUCH EASIER, less painful, and less mentally challenging to do the quick rip than trying to get the tab made on the wax without pulling other half attached hairs in the process.<br /><br />Overall, highly recommend. Just make sure you purchase enough to cover the area you are looking to cover!
