I was expecting 3 bundles but I actually received 4. Not sure if it was an error or not but there was an extra 12in bundle included. That extra bundle is the reason for the 5th star because it is literally untouched, I would not have used a full 3 anyway because they are so full. The only quarrel is that the closure was not my favorite. It wasn't poor quality, just not up to my standards because I'm extremely picky. With that being said, the company includes contact info and all it took was an email to get a replacement- hassle free! So, I have an extra bundle of hair and closure. Customer service was great, hair quality is awesome, and quantity is great as well. No complaints here and I'll definitely reorder as the company seems to care about long term customers. (Excuse my background in the video, I'm not a pro☺)
Beautiful Packaging
[[VIDEOID:b63ff55c97933fa0d0fa00834423a550]] The first thing I want to say about this hair is that it came so beautifully packaged. Each bundle was in its own bag as well and the closure. The hair was soft to the touch and didn’t have any weird smells. I was a little disappointed that the knots didn’t come bleach but I took care of that myself. After bleaching and conditong the closure the hair was softer than ever. The bundles are full. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase and would definitely order again.

I recieved my purchase on time. I was actually given a 4th bundle of hair. (Not sure if that was a mistake or not) the hair is very lovely quality. Soft, easy to handle. I dyed the hair and made a wig out of it. It regained its texture after the color treatment. Does not shed much, does not tangle easily. Was able to bleach and pluck closure without any trouble. I would definitely recommend this product to other buyers.
