They were very helpful with working on a resolution to the issues after I voiced my concerns in my original review. Customer Service is important. I would consider using them again in the future.<br />Please always do research before purchasing items online.<br /><br />Original Review: My hair shedded right out of the packaging. I wanted to like the hair. For the price, the hair is ok. The bundles were full.<br />The hair did not have an odor. The shedding was a bit excessive, which is the main reason I gave the hair three stars. I expect hair to shed when you cut the wefts or color the hair. It should not shed excessively right out of the package.
